My daughter Charly started lessons with Jane’s Swim School at 2 and half when she outgrew Aqua Babies.

We originally made enquires at the local swimming baths only to discover there was a very long waiting list and the class sizes were too big, with only one teacher.

Luckily we were recommended to try Jane’s swim School and after a quick assessment Charly started lessons straight way.
At first Charly was in a class with just 4 other children and two teachers, which meant she received a lot of personal attention with the focus on Charly’s own strengths and weaknesses.

Charly progressed quickly, making a small but significant improvement each week and also passed several grades.

Charly is now approaching 5 years old and has more advanced lessons. She can swim freestyle, backstroke and breaststoke without arm bands. There is a maximum of seven children in the class with a fully qualified teacher, ensuring Charly still receives personal attention focusing on her strengths and weaknesses.

Jane assesses each child individually and will move them to the correct class when the child is ready. Children are not held back waiting for the rest of the class or pushed into a more advance class until they are ready.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jane’s Swim School. Jane focuses on each child, knows when to push and when to let the children take their time. The children really enjoy their lessons and improve each week. The facilities are good and all the parents are really friendly.
